Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ICU Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in ICU settings.
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans.
- Handle emergency situations effectively and promptly.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid nursing registration/license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work rotational shifts
