- Screening: Calling candidates to check their skills, communication, and basic fit.
- Scheduling: Coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow-ups: Keeping candidates warm and engaged until their formal joining date.
2. Business Development Executive (BDE)Your primary focus is driving company revenue and growing the client network.
- Lead Generation: Finding prospective corporate clients who need hiring or consulting solutions.
- Cold Calling: Reaching out to decision-makers (HR Managers, CEOs) via phone and email.
- Client Pitching: Presenting company profiles and closing business deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong bonds with onboarded clients for repeat business.
Pay: ₹9,348.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
