Head - Credit Control To lead a team of credit control 1Ensure 100% customer payment is received as per due date and keep the collection ratio high2The outstanding is analysed on a weekly basis and actions are taken to reduce the outstandig to zero3Ageing analysis is done and report is shared with customers on a weekly basis4Payment deduction is analysed and reconciled with customer / internal team5Deviation if any highlighted to the senior management and necessary action is taken to resolve6Ensure timely payment entry and ensure no suspension account7Customer ledger is reconciled every month and report sent to customer 8Ensure a clean book of accounts by regular coordination with internal team and customer 9Make sure all the rate contarct details and rate approvals are in place for effective reconciliation10Do analysis of receivable and present to management11Track unbilled PODs and coordinate with internal team and customers to submit the freight bills under indemnity bond if the POD is not received after standard waiting period.12Visit customers as and when required to resolve issues 13Provide provision / information on balance confirmation to the customers upon customer request Candidate ProfileAEducational qualification - Any Graduate. Additional qualification /knowledge on GST and Ledger reconciliation is prefered. BExperience - 12 to 15 years of experience in transportation/Logistics industry in Credit Control. Good candidates with the subject profile from other industry can also apply.CSkills required -Good knowledge of operating ERP/Software systems and Accounting procedures, MS Excel knowledge, Team management, and Very Good communication skill
