Job Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical training in Food & Beverage Service.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Train students on restaurant service, banquet service, bar operations, and customer service standards.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance for skill development.
- Coordinate industry visits, internships, and placement activities.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service operations and/or training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of modern hospitality service standards and industry practices.
- Teaching or training experience will be preferred.
