Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food & drinks as per service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offerings
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols
- Ensure timely billing and payment processing
Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in F&B service / hospitality (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service is a plus

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
