About the Role
We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Commerce Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong command over the subject, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make concepts simple, practical, and engaging for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects to Std. 11 & 12 students and B.Com. students.
- Deliver high-quality lectures to English Medium Students.
- Prepare and deliver structured, concept-oriented lessons.
- Explain complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes.
- Prepare students effectively for GSEB, CBSE and University examinations.
- Track student performance and provide individual academic guidance wherever required.
- Ensure discipline of students in class and create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
