About the Role
ANK Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Associate to support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of education, Anganwadi, and CSR projects across Bihar and Jharkhand. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of grassroots development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support project implementation across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Prepare project reports, documentation, presentations, and MIS.
Develop proposals, concept notes, and donor presentations using modern digital and AI tools.
Liaise with government departments, district officials, schools, CSR partners, and community stakeholders.
Ensure the timely submission of project deliverables and maintain accurate project records.
Support project planning, data collection, monitoring, and impact assessment.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong documentation, report-writing, and presentation skills.
Experience in proposal development using modern digital and AI tools.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Qualifications
Master's in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management, or a related field may also be considered.
2–5 years of experience in the NGO, CSR, education, or development sector.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
