About Us
PlanVacations is a fast-growing travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, trekking expeditions, group departures, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, increase engagement, and generate quality leads through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our brand.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling captions and promotional content.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to promote travel packages.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Research competitors and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English (Malayalam is an advantage).
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for travel and tourism is preferred.
