The Admin Manager will oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the food transport company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to support logistics, compliance, and overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, supplies, and documentation.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, transport laws, and company policies.
- HR & Staffing Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee welfare activities.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance documents.
- Logistics Support: Provide administrative assistance to logistics teams for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor administrative expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on administrative performance and compliance.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
