Job Summary
To be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering the solution/product to the market in collaboration with internal and external (client) teams with a view to generating solution revenue for HCL
Key Responsibilities
1. To deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization| functional specifications and release plan.
2. To jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product
3. To assist with preparing marketing materials, training programs, and other resources for product launches.
4. To assist with gathering and documenting product requirements by researching competitor offerings, industry trends, and market needs.
5. To manage| guide and develop the team

SAP Recruitment Consultant
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an SuccessFactors Recruitment Lead (7+ years exp). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and Support of SuccessFactors Recruitment Module.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have bachelor’s or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Marketing Module.
Should have been certified with minimum 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting Management and Marketing.
Should have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation / support projects for Recruitment Management and Marketing modules.
Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia, and other European Countries along Asia Pacific.
Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solutions.
Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.
Must be able to design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in SuccessFactors.
Should have experience with configuring/working with Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Candidate Data models and Offer XML Templates Data models, CSB, Advanced Analytics, Workflows and Role based permissions in SAP SuccessFactors
Exposure on different Success Factors modules like Onboarding, Employee Central is added advantage.
Should have experience on Imports/Exports in SAP SuccessFactors and Integration Centre
Should have good understanding on Integrations of SAP SuccessFactors to SAP HCM/ other third-party systems.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
One or two industry domain knowledge
Client Interfacing skills
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5+ years of Experience with SAP SF RCM/RMK is a must.
2/3 End to End implementation Project experience is a must.
Knowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology
Knowledge on ITIL Process
Should have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing RCM/RMK Workbooks
Should have experience in Configuration and customization activities.
Should have experience in Cut-over activities.
Should manage customer expectations.
A person should be proactive.
Should have driven to complete project deliverables and milestones.
