We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Transport Backend Support Executive to assist in managing Full Truck Load (FTL) operations from a backend perspective. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, system updates, freight validation, and operational support to ensure seamless transport execution.
Coordinate FTL dispatches with transporters and internal stakeholders.
Update and maintain shipment details in ERP/DMS systems accurately.
Track vehicle movement and provide timely status updates to sales and customers.
Verify freight calculations and assist in rate validation.
Ensure timely collection and verification of POD (Proof of Delivery).
Support transporter billing, freight reconciliation, and invoice processing.
Maintain transport-related documentation and compliance records.
Prepare daily MIS reports on dispatch, pending deliveries, freight cost, and KPIs.
Resolve operational issues by coordinating with transporters and internal teams.
Support cost optimization initiatives and process improvement activities.
0–1 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or supply chain support.
Basic understanding of FTL operations and freight calculation.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.
