Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Field Sales Associate to support business development activities, generate leads, strengthen client relationships, and assist in expanding the companys customer base. The role involves field visits when required with prior confirmed appointments, client engagement, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new leads through direct visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet corporate offices, travel desks, hotels, schools, and potential partners.
- Promote company services and explain offerings to potential customers.
- Collect customer requirements and business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-up visits and calls with potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
- Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
Sales Support Activities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate client appointments.
- Share company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Support proposal submissions and documentation.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate lead follow-up.
- Update daily field activity reports.
- Maintain lead and client data in tracking sheets.
- Submit visit reports, customer feedback, and competitor information.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements.
