Chalti Fashions is a fast-growing ladies wear brand specializing in unstitched suits, selling through both retail store and online platforms (website / Instagram /WhatsApp). We are building a strong operations team and looking for a responsible leader to manage store + backend operations.
Job Role Summary
We are hiring a Store Manager cum Operations Team Lead who will manage staff and oversee complete order flow — from customer inquiry to final delivery.
This role is for someone who can lead a team, control operations, and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities - Store Management
- Handle daily store operations and customer sales
- Ensure proper product display and customer experience
- Achieve store sales targets
Online Sales Team Supervision
- Manage staff handling WhatsApp & Instagram inquiries
- Ensure fast responses and high conversion rates
- Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, and order confirmations
Dispatch & Order Management
- Supervise packing and dispatch team
- Ensure timely and accurate order shipping
- Track pending and delayed orders
Quality Check (QC) Oversight
- Ensure proper product checking before dispatch
- Minimize returns and customer complaints
- Maintain quality standards
Team Leadership
- Manage and guide sales, packing, and QC staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Maintain discipline and accountability
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track daily:
- Inquiries
- Orders
- Revenue
- Report performance and issues to management
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in retail/store management
- Experience in handling team/staff (must)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram & billing systems
Salary & Benefits
- ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)
- Candidates will be given a short trial period to evaluate performance.
