Job Title: Business Development Executive – Staffing Services
Location: Chennai
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our Contract Staffing, Payroll Management, Recruitment, Training, and NAPS Consultancy services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, arranging meetings, submitting proposals, and closing new business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, automobile, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Meet HR Managers, Plant Heads, and Purchase Managers to present company services.
- Arrange client meetings and conduct business presentations.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and service agreements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain a database of prospects and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for successful client onboarding.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
