We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure excellent customer service, smooth coordination, and profitable business performance. The candidate should lead the team professionally while maintaining service standards, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall restaurant operations on a daily basis
- Supervise service staff, captains, stewards, cashiers, and housekeeping coordination
- Ensure smooth guest handling and premium hospitality experience
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, ambience, and service quality
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues immediately
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline
- Maintain billing accuracy and POS operations
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and wastage control
- Support marketing activities, promotions, and guest engagement
- Train and motivate the restaurant team regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations
- Ability to handle pressure during busy hours
- Basic knowledge of billing software/POS systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends
