Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Field work involved; Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
