Job Summary
Cosmic Skill Hub LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Coordinator/ Career Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing agency, placement firm, or HR department. The candidate must have strong sourcing and hiring skills, an excellent network of job seekers, and the ability to fulfill hiring requirements within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and personal networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Build and maintain a strong database of active job seekers.
- Develop and expand candidate networks for technical, non-technical, and overseas job requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet monthly hiring and placement targets.
- Maintain recruitment records and update candidate information in the database.
- Counsel candidates regarding job opportunities, interview preparation, and documentation.
- Work closely with the management team to understand hiring requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Placement Consultancy, or HR.
- Experience handling domestic or international recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Professional attitude with a positive and self-motivated approach.
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing firms.
- Existing network/database of candidates across multiple industries.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment will be a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary
Starting from 15,000 INR + Incentives
