Job title : Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to drive business growth by selling (B2B) products.
The role involves finding sales opportunities, customer engagement, building relationships with the clients and closing deals effectively.
Skills Required :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to describe the B2B products
- Ability to achieve targets by building strong network in the market
- Skill to handle objections and clearing doubts of customer
- Ability to work under pressures
- Time management skills
- Knows to work on platforms like: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, google docs, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Promote the products with the help of social media platforms, and on-site works and sell the products
- Identify customer’s needs and make the networks in the market, make permanent customers, build good relations with new and old customers, know what improvement can be done through the client's feedback and then implement in our strategies
- Stay updated about the market trends and achieve monthly targets
- Stay updated about the competitor’s activities and implement the advancements and new strategies for the sales
- Generate own leads and describe the product to the client and convert it into sales
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Preferrable Bachelor’s degree in marketing,(BBA, B.Com) or in the same field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,541.46 - ₹42,288.71 per month
