Current Project: Waterproofing Project – Gelephu, Bhutan
Job Role:
The Site Supervisor will handle day-to-day site work related to building waterproofing, mainly in wet areas, along with general supervision of labour and site activities.
Position: Site Supervisor
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Location: Project Site (Gelephu, Bhutan)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site work and labour
- Ensure proper execution of bathroom/wet area waterproofing (cement-based coating)
- Check surface preparation before work (cleaning, crack filling, etc.)
- Ensure proper work at:
- Floor–wall joints
- Pipe areas and drain points
- Guide labour for correct application of waterproofing material
- Monitor material usage and storage
- Maintain daily work progress and basic records
- Coordinate with project team for smooth execution
- Ensure basic safety practices at site
- Assist in measurement and quantity work
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Candidates with strong practical experience in civil construction can also be considered
- 2–5 years’ experience in site supervision
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements
- Experience in managing labour at site
- Willing to travel and stay at project site (Bhutan)
- Candidate should be practical, responsible, and hardworking
