We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to design, develop, and deploy modern, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with expertise across front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, AI integrations, and enterprise architecture.
1. Advanced Programming & Frameworks
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript plus back-end languages like Python, PHP, Java, Ruby.
- Expertise in frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js (front-end) and Node.js, Django, Laravel (back-end).
- Strong database management with SQL/NoSQL.
2. System Architecture & Scalability
- Designing scalable, modular applications.
- Implementing microservices and API integrations.
- Cloud-native development using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
3. Performance Optimization
- Advanced techniques for load balancing, caching, and CDN integration.
- SEO-friendly architecture and mobile-first design.
- Monitoring tools (New Relic, Lighthouse) for continuous performance checks.
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Secure coding practices (encryption, authentication, input validation).
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and contractual obligations.
5. DevOps & Automation
- CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
6. Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
- Strong communication with cross-functional teams (QA, design, product).
