About the Internship
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and people-centric individuals to join our Human Resources team. This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, offering you a strong foundation to kickstart a successful career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, source, and screen potential candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth evaluation process.
- Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates via phone, email, and WhatsApp, maintaining a professional and welcoming experience.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Onboarding Support: Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks, document collection, and onboarding activities for new hires.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year college students or recent graduates (Freshers).
- Candidates genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, high empathy, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
