Support the manager in planning and executing operational strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead team meetings and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met. Manage schedules, including coordinating staff shifts and approving time-off requests. Function as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. Assist in onboarding and training new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the team. Address employee concerns and conflicts in a proactive, solutions-focused manner. Oversee inventory, budget tracking, and resource allocation for day-to-day operations.
