Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong analytical and project management skills to oversee data operations, reporting, and performance tracking across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end data processes, ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, and support strategic decision-making through effective data insights and coordination.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain all data reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Develop and automate advanced reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets. Lead data collection, validation, and analysis for various business projects. Monitor and evaluate team performance data, identify trends, and share insights with management. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline data flow and reporting formats. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Prepare MIS and performance summaries for management and clients. Support ERP data management, including updates, audits, and performance analysis. Train and guide junior team members on reporting standards and best practices.
Required Skills :
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Macros, Advanced Formulas). Strong understanding of data analysis, MIS reporting, and project coordination. Hands-on experience with ERP tools and data visualization. Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple datasets and reporting tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or project management roles.
