About Us:
We are OrganoLinen.com, a Fashion-Tech Startup focused on crafting made-to-order clothing for our customers, primarily in the US. This year, we’re excited to expand our presence in India as well!
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team and assist with daily marketing and operational activities. This is an entry-level role, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
Our Office is Located in Ravipuram (near cochin shipyard), and you will be required to come into the office atleast 3 days a week. The Timing's flexible.
As a start-up everyone does everything, and the below mentioned are an indicator of things you will be working on or supporting the current team members
What We’re Looking For (Primarily):
- Quick learner eager to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Creative thinker with an interest in ecommerce and fashion.
- Ability to adapt and take initiative in a dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Support our Operations Associate with daily digital tasks related to order management.
- Tailoring Coordination: Work with our tailoring team to manage orders and develop new samples.
- Content Creation: Capture images and create reels showcasing our products.
- Social Media Assistance: Help plan and execute social media content and campaigns.
- Fashion Design Support: Collaborate on new pattern and design ideas.
- SEO Support: Assist in optimizing our website for search engines.
- Billing support: Enter purchase and sale bills as trained
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in embroidery or sewing is a plus.
