About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for social media, branding, print, and digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should have a good design sense and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and ad creatives.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, and posters.
- Develop basic branding elements like logos, business cards, and stationery.
- Edit images and perform basic photo retouching.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
- Create simple motion graphics or reels creatives (preferred).
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Meet project deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design.
Preferred Qualities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of AI design tools is a plus.
Salary
₹ 12,000- 15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
