About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our UPSC & UKPSC coaching institute in Dehradun.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for offline marketing, student outreach, institutional visits, promotional activities, and lead generation across colleges, universities, educational institutions, and other relevant locations in and around Dehradun.
This is a field-based role and requires regular travel within the city and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, universities, educational institutions, libraries, hostels, and other student-centric locations for promotional activities.
- Conduct offline marketing and student outreach to create awareness about our UPSC & UKPSC courses and programs.
- Distribute leaflets, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials at relevant locations.
- Identify and approach colleges, educational institutions, student groups, societies, and other potential outreach partners.
- Develop relationships with college representatives, faculty members, student coordinators, and other relevant contacts.
- Generate enquiries and leads from students interested in UPSC, UKPSC, and other competitive examinations.
- Explain the institute's courses, programs, facilities, and admission-related information to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads generated through field visits, campaigns, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing and promoting seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops, open sessions, and student awareness programs.
- Coordinate with colleges and institutions for permission and arrangements for promotional activities.
- Explore new locations and opportunities for student acquisition and brand promotion.
