Overview:
We are looking for a full-time/Intern Junior Sales Executive with at least a minimum project experience or relevant internship experience. The executive’s focus will be to generate leads, communicate with potential clients and referrals, support the sales process, and contribute to achieving company sales targets. The role involves daily interaction with prospects, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the team, and assisting in business growth activities. Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential clients, leads, given referrals and business opportunities. 2. Reach out to prospects & referrals through calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels. 3. Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients. 4. Coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure smooth communication and followups. 5. Maintain and update customer databases, lead trackers, and sales reports regularly. 6. Focus on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with new onboardings and renewals. 7. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, and identifying and maintaining good relationship with key people in the potential client’s business to have a higher advantage in conversion. 8. Handle client queries professionally and provide timely responses. 9. Keep up with market trends, competitors, and industry updates to identify growth opportunities like pitching gaps and tenders. 10. Focus on learning sales techniques, negotiation skills, and improving overall performance consistently.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-1 year (Minimum work/project experience) / Good internship experience 2. Joining: Immediate | Urgent Basis 3. Good understanding of sales processes and client communication 4. Must have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 5. Good command over professional language in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tulu-optional 6. Effective coordination & relationship management skills 7. Basic technical and business knowledge related to the digital marketing field 8. Must be prompt, dedicated, and responsible 9. Must have confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail in client interactions and reporting 10. Open for full-time and internship options

7. Travel & allowances: Involves travel to the client’s place | Travel reimbursements only if the amount crosses the in-salary conveyance amount
8. Workdays: 5-6 days a week (Every 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off) and most Govt. Holidays are off.
9. Work hours: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
10. Salary: Based on experience & skills – Starting 1.2LPA-2.04LPA
11. Internship Stipend: 1K-5K per month
12. Sales Incentives: 5% on the first bill on successful conversion
13. Probation/Training: 3 months depending on the performance.
14. Performance hikes – once in 12 months based on performance review presentation.
