Experience Required: 2–5 years in an administrative, EA, or office coordination role (real estate or construction background is a plus but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Director's daily work schedule, including meetings, site visits, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and no scheduling conflicts.
- Handle day-to-day communication with vendors, contractors, and suppliers — following up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments, and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Draft, proofread, and format official correspondence, letters, emails, and notices in both English and Punjabi with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation for projects, vendor agreements, client files, and internal records, ensuring everything is organized, updated, and easily retrievable.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for tracking schedules, vendor payments, project timelines, client follow-ups, and other operational data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes in Word/Excel as required by the Director.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors, screening and prioritizing them appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and client information at all times.
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital) for easy access to important documents, contracts, and approvals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
