1. Primary responsibility: Connect the DR/BPC (Business Process Continuity) execution teams with management
2. This role is not execution-heavy; the focus is more on governance and reporting.
3. However, the candidate should understand technical aspects (e.g., if a server goes down, what needs to be reset first). Therefore a candidates from an execution background experience is helpful.
4. Should be good in communication and presentation
5. If you find candidates who have faced Audits in the past, that helps
6. For infrastructure, experience in both on-prem and cloud environments is an added advantage
7. Candidates should be flexible with work hours (might be some weekend work as well)
