Snowflake Expertise
Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with Snowflake security, performance tuning, and optimization.
Ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions on Snowflake.
DBT Expertise
Proven experience working on DBT (Core / Cloud) in one or more projects.
Building modular, maintainable, and reusable DBT models and macros.
Managing DBT projects and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
Writing and scheduling DBT tests for data quality assurance.
Implementing development, staging, and production environments.
Experience with version control and deployment best practices for DBT projects.
Additional Technical Skills
Good hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in consulting and client-facing environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
AWS Data Engineer or AWS Solution Architect certification is an added advantage.
Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced are highly preferred.
