StrawHat Network is looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager with a strong background in Influencer Marketing
The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for managing client relationships, campaign communication, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable campaign briefs.
- Coordinate with campaign managers, influencer teams, operations, and management.
- Conduct client meetings, review calls, and campaign discussions.
- Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Handle client escalations and provide effective solutions.
- Track campaign progress and proactively communicate updates.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and help close commercial opportunities when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Client Servicing, Brand Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns and creator management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Existing industry connections within brands, agencies, creators, or talent management companies will be an added advantage.
