As we expand our footprint across Western India, we are looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager who can build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth
Why this role exists Full-time, Permanent The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients while driving revenue through consultative selling and proactive business development. This role combines Relationship Management, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Account Growth, and Revenue Ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you will own Business Development
→Identify and acquire new clients through outbound prospecting.
→ Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market research.
→ Conduct discovery meetings with prospects.
→ Present IndiaPicture's products and solutions.
→ Build a healthy sales pipeline. Relationship Management
→ Manage relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients.
→ Understand client requirements and business objectives.
→ Ensure timely follow-ups and opportunity tracking.
→ Maintain strong engagement with existing clients. Revenue Growth
→ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
→ Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
→ Reactivate dormant accounts.
→ Identify new opportunities within existing accounts. CRM & Reporting
→ Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
→ Track leads, opportunities, and conversion status.
→ Submit weekly sales activity reports.
→ Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
