Designation: Digital Content & Community Manager
Shift: UK Hours (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM) Location: Edappally, Kerala
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create short-form video content end-to-end (ideation, shooting, editing, posting)
- Write platform specific captions and optimise content for each channel
- Manage and grow audience engagement through comments, DMs, and interactions
- Identify trends and create reactive content quickly
- Support YouTube uploads, metadata, and channel growth
- Track content performance and optimise based on insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media/content roles
- Strong short-form video creation experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Good understanding of platform algorithms and content trends
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Interest in South Asian content and audiences
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
