We are hiring a Sales Manager — Student Enrollment to join our Noida office. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills who can help prospective students understand SisuCare’s programs and successfully complete the enrollment process.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for converting prospective student leads into enrolled students. This is a student enrollment sales role where you will speak with interested applicants, explain the program clearly, answer questions, follow up consistently, and guide them through the enrollment process.
The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable using CRM systems, target-driven, organized, and able to build trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain SisuCare’s healthcare training programs, course structure, eligibility requirements, schedules, pricing, and enrollment process.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally until they enroll or make a final decision.
- Maintain accurate lead records, notes, follow-up dates, and status updates in the CRM.
- Handle student objections related to pricing, schedule, program format, location, requirements, and career outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing, student support, and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Track sales activity, lead response time, conversion rates, and reasons for lost leads.
- Support reactivation campaigns for old leads, abandoned applications, and incomplete enrollments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, student questions, and common objections.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and student-focused communication style at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, admissions, counseling, EdTech sales, customer acquisition, or similar roles.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based students or customers during US time (IST night shift)
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand student needs.
- Experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, calling tools, or sales tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time from our Noida office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, online education, healthcare training, vocational education, immigration education, test prep, or admissions sales.
- Experience selling to adult learners, working professionals, career changers, or international customers.
- Experience with U.S. customers or U.S. education programs.
- Familiarity with lead management, sales funnels, follow-up automation, and CRM reporting.
- Ability to work with scripts while still sounding natural and human.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Number of qualified leads contacted.

- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
- Number of paid enrollments.

- Student satisfaction during the enrollment process.

You should understand that students are making an important career decision, and your job is to guide them clearly, honestly, and effectively toward enrollment.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
