About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our Ed-Tech education team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents, explaining our academic programs, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with students, and wants to grow in the education and ed-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)1. Student Counselling
- Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, fees, and learning methodology.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Provide career guidance and academic pathway support.
2. Lead Management
- Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain proper records of leads and conversions.
3. Admissions & Enrolment
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Assist students with the registration and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams.
4. Sales & Targets
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Promote courses, demo classes, and new programs.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily counselling reports.
- Update CRM / admission database.
- Track performance and conversion ratios.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate (any stream).
- Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Sales or counselling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
