Job Description -
We Are hiring for, FMCG company
Responsiblities :
- Package Transportation: Safely collect packages from a warehouse or local depot and deliver them to specified destinations within a designated time frame.
- Navigation & Routing: Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes using GPS or map applications to avoid traffic and meet delivery windows.
- Customer Service: Verify recipient details, answer customer questions, handle complaints professionally, and collect recipient signatures upon delivery.
- Payment Collection: Accept and record payments (such as Cash on Delivery) where required and maintain accurate transaction logs.
- Order Tracking & Admin: Update delivery status (e.g., successful, delayed, or returned) using company-provided mobile apps or scanning devices.
- Vehicle & Cargo Upkeep: Maintain assigned delivery vehicles or two-wheelers, ensure products are handled with care, and load/unload packages properly.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
