Role: First Mile Operations Executive
Location: Navratna Corporate Park, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily first mile operations including order pickups, vendor coordination, and shipment processing.

Ensure timely and accurate collection of shipments from sellers/vendors.

Monitor pickup schedules and optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Track shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and safety protocols.

Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve performance metrics (TAT, SLA, etc.).

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational challenges.

Manage high order volumes efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

Work extensively on Excel for operational tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Mandatory Requirements

Candidate must have handled a minimum of 1000 orders per day.

Strong expertise in MS Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis is mandatory.

Must have knowledge and understanding of lead time management.

Should be comfortable working under pressure and handling operational escalations.

Candidate must be from a B2C or e-commerce industry background.

Hands-on operational experience with Excel is mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations (First Mile experience preferred).

Experience working with vendors, transport partners, or courier networks.
