We are hiring an experienced CRM professional to manage client relationships in the printing and packaging industry. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong client relationships
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and order coordination
- Liaise with production and logistics teams
- Track orders and update clients regularly
- Identify upselling opportunities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in CRM/client servicing
- Preference for printing, packaging, or manufacturing background
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Pay: ₹19,640.81 - ₹31,504.12 per month
