About Rosa Dame
Rosa Dame is a luxury Western fashion brand creating contemporary couture-inspired womenswear and signature pearl accessories for the modern woman. Our collections combine elevated design, premium craftsmanship, and statement detailing to deliver pieces that are both sophisticated and distinctive.
As we expand our presence across premium multi-brand retail stores, we are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser who can combine strong commercial acumen with a refined fashion sensibility to ensure our collections are presented, positioned, and experienced in line with the Rosa Dame vision.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Merchandise Planning & Allocation
- Ensure optimum product allocation across stores based on sales trends and demand.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain ideal inventory levels at each outlet.
- Coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.
2. Sales & Inventory Analysis
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by store, category, and SKU.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor sell-through percentages and inventory aging.
3. Store Performance Management
- Track outlet-wise performance against sales targets.
- Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to improve product productivity.
- Recommend assortment changes based on regional demand and customer preferences.
4. Visual Merchandising Compliance
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising standards are maintained across stores.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product display, shelf space, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with store teams to improve product presentation and customer experience.
5. Stock & Distribution Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock dispatches.
- Manage inter-store stock transfers to optimize inventory utilization.
- Ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation.
6. New Collection Launch Management
- Support seasonal launches by ensuring timely placement of new collections in stores.
- Track launch performance and provide insights for future buying and merchandising decisions.
7. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, product offerings, and merchandising practices.
- Share market insights and recommendations with management.
8. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare regular MIS reports covering sales, inventory, stock aging, and replenishment requirements.
- Present actionable insights to improve business performance and inventory productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Merchandising, preferably in Western Wear/Apparel.
- Strong understanding of MBO retail operations.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
- Experience in inventory planning, assortment management, and sales analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
