Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Conduct interviews and ensure quality hiring
- Maintain and improve employer branding strategies
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute engagement activities and initiatives
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition
3. HR Operations
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HRMS systems (e.g., Greythr)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
4. Performance Management
- Drive performance appraisal processes
- Implement PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) where required
- Support managers in employee performance tracking
5. Policy & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance management
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Support skill development initiatives (technical & soft skills)
- Drive leadership development programs
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRMS tools (Greythr preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
