Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our expanding team at Borivali West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate must be strong in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and experienced in MIS reporting and import costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally Prime, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Prepare GST and TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and profitability analysis for management review.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory and stock registers.
- Support in import-related accounting, including costing and remittance compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable; follow up with clients for payments.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and general ledger entries.
- Well versed with E-invoicing and E-way bill generation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
Skillsets Required:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, accounting principles and Taxation and company laws.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
Experience Required:
- 2–7 years of experience in a similar account’s role, preferably in a importer or distribution business.

- Work timings - Monday to Saturday (10:00 am - 7:00 pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
