Job Description – Executive Officer (EO) – Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose
The Executive Officer (EO) – Talent Acquisition will support end-to-end recruitment for junior-level positions across technical, corporate, and sales functions. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Support
- Manage recruitment for junior-level roles across technical, corporate, and sales departments.
- Handle requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining support.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for recurring hiring needs.
- Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial screening to assess experience, skills, salary fit, location preference, and joining availability.
- Coordinate smoothly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Data & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and hiring MIS.
- Support documentation and data accuracy in the hiring process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Core TA experience is mandatory.
- MBA preferred, preferably in HR or related specialization.
- Experience in hiring for junior roles across technical, corporate, or sales functions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
