Job Summary:
The Senior Room Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the resort’s reputation by ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. This position is essential in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and supporting the resort’s operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas
- Prepare rooms for new arrivals, ensuring all amenities and essentials are in place
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and housekeeping storage spaces
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and ensure a pleasant stay experience
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
- Follow resort standards for hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
- Handle lost and found items according to company policy
- Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and front office for room readiness
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic education (high school and diploma preffered)
- Prior housekeeping experience in hotels/resorts is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
