Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and close sales for Wi-Fi, Internet Lease Line (ILL), Broadband, Hotspot, and Networking solutions.
- Develop business in government, education, healthcare, hospitality, smart city, and enterprise sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, techno-commercial offers, and tender submissions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Relationship Management
- Build relationships with ISPs, System Integrators, government departments, and enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Coordinate project approvals, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Technical Coordination
- Understand Wi-Fi, PM-WANI, bandwidth services, routers, switches, and networking solutions.
- Work with technical teams for surveys, deployment, commissioning, and support activities.
Account Management
- Manage existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and customer feedback records.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams for project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relationship building and liaisoning expertise
- Knowledge of Telecom, ISP, Networking, and IT Infrastructure
- Experience handling enterprise and government clients
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email
Ideal Candidate
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecom, ISP, Wi-Fi, Networking, or IT Infrastructure Sales
- Exposure to enterprise sales and government projects preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Marketing, IT, Networking, Telecom, or related field
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
