Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting scheduled visits to franchise centers for teacher and classroom observations.
Guiding and mentoring teachers on lesson planning, classroom management, and activity execution.
Supporting franchise partners in maintaining academic standards and resolving operational issues related to academics.
Ensuring adherence to Shanti Juniors’ academic framework, processes, and best practices.
Providing feedback, training, and on-ground support to enhance the overall learning experience at each franchise center, business partners and teachers.
Required Skills: Should posses excellent communication skills. Should have preschool working experience. Ready to travel in the assigned territory
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training Certification, Montessori Teacher Training Certificate
