- Customer Service: Greet customers immediately, understand their needs, answer questions about product features or pricing, and offer recommendations.
- Sales & Transactions: Guide customers through the checkout process, handle cash or card payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems, and issue receipts.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of store inventory, promotions, and special offers to cross-sell and up-sell merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves, keep track of daily stock levels, notify managers of low-stock items, and organize the sales floor.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the counter, displays, and customer areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, process returns or exchanges, and resolve disputes professionally.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
