Job Responsibilities:
* Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
* Train, guide, and motivate the team.
* Generate business through the team and expand the distribution network.
* Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
* No sales — the primary focus is team building and business development.
Complete training will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
