Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Interior Designer with a deep technical background in Civil Works and Modular Design. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from the initial interaction with customers and conceptual 3D elevation to the final construction plans and on-site execution. You must be able to translate client conversations into functional, high-end designs while maintaining ownership of sales closures and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Ownership: Lead the creation of conceptual layouts, mood boards, and photorealistic 3D elevations.
- Technical Planning: Prepare comprehensive Construction Plans, including detailed civil works, electrical/plumbing services, and installation specifications.
- Sales & Closure: Own the sales funnel by delivering logical, trusted pitches and leading design meetings to drive project closure.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 2–4 simultaneous residential/renovation projects, ensuring accuracy in design deliverables.
- Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusting designs based on feedback while maintaining project timelines and quality.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience, specifically delivering Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe/Storage (KWS) and full home renovation projects.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (for construction plans), SketchUp (for 3D elevations or other similar), and PPT for client presentations.
- Modular Design: Deep knowledge of materials, aesthetics, and functional module planning.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in civil works, material specifications, and on-site execution details.
- Trend Awareness: Staying updated on the current interior design landscape to provide modern, innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
