Piston Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Representative (English cum Spanish Language Specialist) to provide voice support for PistonPay, our digital payment platform used by gas stations and fleet owners across the United States.
The role involves handling customer queries related to payment transactions, account access, application usage, and basic technical issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls during US business hours.
- Support customers in English and fluent conversational Spanish.
- Resolve technical and non-technical queries related to the PistonPay application and transactions.
- Troubleshoot basic application and payment issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Meet defined service quality and productivity standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Fluent conversational Spanish (mandatory).
- Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts and supporting US customers.
- Experience in fintech, payment support, or international voice processes is an added advantage.
