Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media management (Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms), website development and monitoring, and online promotional activities. The role aims to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, advertisements).
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
2. Website Development & Monitoring
- Coordinate the creation and updating of the company website.
- Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and SEO-optimized.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior.
- Work with developers for technical improvements and maintenance.
- Ensure regular content updates (blogs, products, promotions).
3. Online Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and social media advertisements.
- Develop email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate festive and seasonal promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
4. Branding & Market Strategy
- Develop brand positioning strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing (Digital Marketing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
- Experience in website management and SEO.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
